I founded and built Flower & Folk from the ground up, managing every part of the business from product creation and fulfillment to brand strategy, marketing, sales and customer experience. I developed and handmade the full product line while building the digital infrastructure needed to operate and grow an e-commerce brand, including the website, domain, professional email, analytics, SEO and social channels.
I led the brand’s creative direction across every customer touchpoint, designing the website, social content, email campaigns, packaging, print materials and ad creative. I also photographed the products, produced short-form video and Reels, and managed a high-volume social calendar with multiple posts each day.
On the growth side, I ran paid advertising, reviewed performance data and used analytics to refine content, campaigns and customer acquisition efforts. I built automated email flows and ongoing campaigns designed to nurture subscribers, recover potential sales and strengthen customer retention.
I also managed customer, influencer, retail and media outreach from prospect research through follow-up and relationship management. These efforts helped grow the brand’s Instagram community from zero to more than 30,000 followers, secure a feature in Vogue Magazine and generate partnership conversations with major names, including IPSY and the Kardashian team.

At Lang Pharma Nutrition, I managed digital marketing across three consumer nutrition brands. My role spanned social media strategy, content development, email marketing, influencer coordination, campaign design and performance analysis, with each brand requiring its own voice, audience strategy and visual direction.
I managed the brands’ social channels and developed content designed to increase visibility, engagement and brand recognition. This included planning social calendars, creating graphics and video content, writing copy and adapting campaigns across platforms while maintaining a consistent identity for each product line.
For email marketing, I designed and built newsletters and promotional campaigns in Klaviyo, managing the process from concept and segmentation through design, implementation and scheduling. I also supported subscriber growth through lead-generation campaigns, including a targeted gut-health guide created to attract qualified consumers and expand the email list.
I researched, contacted and coordinated influencer partnerships across all three brands, managing outreach, product seeding, communication and ongoing relationships. These collaborations generated authentic social content, expanded brand awareness and supported wider partnership opportunities. Together, these efforts contributed to a 78% increase in social media engagement and a 47% increase in email subscriptions and improved email performance.

At Javvy Coffee, I led a major creative overhaul that reshaped the brand’s visual identity, messaging and presence across digital and physical customer touchpoints. I developed a refreshed logo, redesigned the product packaging and established new brand guidelines that introduced a bolder, more playful direction aligned with Javvy’s adventurous positioning.
I extended the new identity across email campaigns, landing pages, social media, paid advertising, print materials, merchandise and packaging. I also developed the brand narrative and messaging system, positioning Javvy as more than a coffee product, but as an everyday catalyst for energy, adventure and getting more out of life.
As a creative lead, I managed and directed a team of designers and content professionals, providing feedback and guidance to keep creative work consistent with the evolving brand system. I also initiated and directed photoshoots, video productions, virtual events, promotional campaigns and product launches, overseeing projects from early concept through final execution.
I developed seasonal launch strategies for four limited-edition flavors, including campaign concepts, creative direction, packaging and promotional materials. The summer launch of Iced Vanilla Cream Drizzle sold out within three weeks and was later added to the permanent product lineup due to customer demand. Additional seasonal releases, including Trick or Treat, Peppermint Cocoa and Gingerbread, also sold through while providing valuable insights that helped refine future launch planning.
I designed high-volume email and paid creative in a fast-paced environment, producing as many as 20 emails per week while maintaining the brand’s visual standards. Across ads and social content, I balanced conversion-focused creative with trend-aware graphics, memes and storytelling designed to increase both sales activity and audience engagement.

At Move Empower Concierge Physical Therapy, I developed educational marketing content designed to increase visibility, strengthen patient trust and guide prospective clients toward booking a discovery call. My work spanned social media, email marketing, SEO, website content, video and patient-facing print materials.
I managed and created content across the clinic’s social channels, translating complex medical and physical therapy topics into clear, accessible posts, graphics, TikToks and Reels. I researched topics based on audience needs and current conversations in health and wellness, then presented the information through concise copy and visually consistent creative.
I led email campaigns from concept through execution, including monthly newsletters featuring educational resources, healthy recipes, recent articles and clear calls to action. I used segmentation and personalized content to nurture leads, maintain patient engagement and encourage discovery-call bookings while monitoring open rates, clicks and conversions to refine future campaigns.
For the website, I researched and wrote SEO-optimized articles in WordPress and Elementor. Each post included targeted keywords, structured headings, meta titles and descriptions designed to improve organic visibility while establishing the clinic as a trusted source of understandable health information. I also developed educational handouts that supported patient care, reinforced the clinic’s expertise and created additional opportunities for referrals and brand loyalty.

At Displays2go, I managed social media marketing for a B2B technology and manufacturing brand, developing content and paid media strategies designed to increase engagement, website traffic and brand visibility across professional and consumer-facing platforms.
I created original photo, video and graphic content for social media, including TikToks and Reels that brought a more human, relatable voice to the brand. By appearing in educational and trend-driven videos, I helped translate product information into practical tips and approachable content that connected with a wider audience.
I developed and executed paid media strategies across Facebook and LinkedIn, managing campaign creative, targeting and performance analysis. I used Google Analytics and platform reporting to evaluate traffic, engagement and audience behavior, then applied those insights to continually refine the social and advertising strategy.
I also monitored reviews, customer conversations and brand reputation through social listening tools, gathering market insights that informed future content and messaging. Alongside my core social responsibilities, I managed brand partnerships and supported the graphic design team by creating web banners and other digital assets during high-volume periods.
